The Note on the iPhone ~ exhibit O

The State's smoking gun was a Note on Stephen's iPhone that he supposedly made in March and deleted seconds afterwards. It was found in the Cloud in August. However, deleted Notes are only stored for 30 days afterwards, according to Apple's technical documentation.
